| A Day at the Beach with Priscilla |
Today was a gorgeous day in Santa Barbara and we drove about 15 minutes south of us to the little town of Summerland and went to the beach there. It was so warm, there were many people in bikinis and some people off the shore diving for lobsters. There were sailboats and surfers and many water dogs having a lovely time playing fetch in the waves. The park right above the beach is called "Lookout Park".  Hard to see this, but it's all three Yorkies. Priscilla is sitting in front of Elvis.  Elvis standing behind Priscilla.   It was an amazingly beautiful day! The week before Thanksgiving and people in bikinis!  Chuck having a lovely Sunday with Elvis, Toby and Priscilla.  These two have a special bond. Elvis is such a sweet heart.   More beach.  We let the litte princess walk a little on the sand. We don't let her on the ground much yet, since she is still so young. We did wipe off her paws with antibacteria wipes. You have to be so careful exposing your animals to areas where other animals go. Not everyone takes care and gets their pets vet checks and shots like they should. Anyway, Priscilla really enjoyed all of this, but she is exhausted! She is still sleeping at 9:44 PM! | A lovely dinner |
| We picked up Nico last night and stopped off at Subway and made our way out to Stearn's Wharf and had our dinner out there. It's getting a little chilly so we didn't stay out too long. Here's a link to Stearn's Wharf Virtual site. We sat at #18 and as we sat there we saw a sea lion making it's way around the wharf, popping up his head every now and again. As we were finishing up, we spotted several dolphins swimming next to the wharf...pretty good spotting for the short time we were out ... | ||

| We've got a flight! |
| We're so excited! I booked the flight to Raleigh, NC today. I am leaving Sat., November 4th at 6AM out of Santa Barbara and will get to Raleigh around 4PM, then back on a flight back to Santa Barbara by 5PM, touchdown in Santa Barbara by 9PM with a new little bundle of cute.... ... | ||

We want small (so taking three everywhere with is is not a chore, but still fun) and we want a girl and w have some common Yorkie standards we insist on. | This past week was a killer at work and Friday we decided to go out and have a good time and forget all about work and everything else. We get so busy sometimes I forget that we live in the most beautiful place and that we have so many fun and interesting things to do if just you go down to State Street. We had no idea where we were going (as usual), so we just drove down State Street and decided on Acapulco's, a lovely mexican place inside one of the outdoor malls downtown. ... | ||
